Do you provide international delivery?

What is the delivery time?
Your order will be dispatched as soon as possible, subject to stock availability and quality checks. When an order is placed, an acknowledgement email will be sent with an estimate of the delivery time. Orders are delivered Monday to Friday, and usually take 3-5 working days.
How do I track my order?
Your delivery can be tracked with the Order Number displayed in your order confirmation email.
Is there a repairs’ service?
Yes. Both our shops and online store offer a repair service. Please contact our customer care team at email@example.com for assistance. Additional charges may be applied.
How do I return or exchange an order?
You may return or exchange items purchased online within seven days of receiving them. Please follow the instructions in below Return & Refund Policy. Alternatively, returns or exchanges (based on stock availability) on orders made online in Hong Kong can be made at any of our Hong Kong stores within seven days of purchase.
